When it came time to do my own family's estate documents, Leslie was the obvious choice. Again, it was a great experience. She knew all the issues to consider for our life stage.

We wanted to save money so we did our wills on legalzoom and it was a big mistake. When Leslie reviewed our documents, she pointed out that we didn’t have guardians for our son, we cut out future children, and didn’t have anything to protect us from estate taxes, didn't get any of our assets into the trust, and other mistakes, like missing documents. I tried to call legalzoom while I was doing it to ask questions and the whole time I was on hold, the recording said they weren’t lawyers and couldn’t give legal advice and that bothered me. I see why you need a lawyer to do it. Leslie re-did it all for us and got all our assets into the trust and we appreciate that she reduced our fee by the amount we paid legalzoom. It’s worth it to do it right and we’re glad we fixed it. |
