In addition to estate planning and trust administration, our firm handles probates in all California counties, including those we are currently administering in Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Sacramento County, and Ventura County.  We also handle probates in Clark County, Nevada.  We regularly file court petitions such as those to modify or terminate irrevocable trusts, Heggstad petitions, and spousal property petitions.

Leslie has been named a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters, a designation granted to no more than 5% of the attorneys based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Leslie has also been named by the Orange County Register, Avvo, and Coast Magazine as one of the best attorneys in Orange County - in estate planning, probate, and trust law - for seven consecutive years. Leslie has been granted the highest designation of "AV Preeminent 5 out of 5" and the "Client Distinction Award" by national legal directory Martindale Hubbell, signifying her peers and the judiciary rank her at the highest level of professional and ethical excellence and clients rank her in the top 1% in terms of communications ability, responsiveness, quality, and value. Leslie has also been selected by her peers for inclusion in Southern California Top Rated Lawyers, published by Law.com and the Los Angeles Times every year since its initial publication.

In 2012, the State Bar of California Board of Trustees appointed Leslie as one of nine commissioners on the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Advisory Commission to advise the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization about its program - and to write the exam - that certifies legal specialists in the area of estate planning, trust and probate law. In 2016, the State Bar of California Board of Trustees appointed Leslie to a second term on the Commission.  Leslie became Chair of the Commission in 2018.
